Our Manifesto

&Co remains true to its roots, focused on the arts, cultural and leisure sectors and working to increase audience engagement. This is our job.

We see it as a 3-dimensional activity involving every aspect of the way organisations attract, look after and interact with audiences.

We are not creating the art, cultural or leisure activities, but we are creating the relationships that help sustain them and help them succeed.

Our task is to promote knowledge and understanding, develop insights, improve communication and overcome barriers to entry and involvement.

We work closely with our clients to deliver specialised, individual marketing solutions that measurably work for them, culturally and commercially.

&Co sets no limits on how or where we do this. Audiences have no boundaries, intellectually, emotionally or geographically, and nor do we.
