Our team

Alison has extensive skills and experience in leadership and management, marketing, fundraising and communications having held posts since the 1980s at Ikon Gallery, Cornerhouse, FACT and most recently, &Co. Alison led &Co through a major organisational change programme in 2007/10, and has also led numerous multiple year collaborative audience engagement and research programmes including NI11, Maximise, Stage Exchange, Thrive!, Cultural Olympiad Dissemination Programme, Arts Nation North, Audience Influencers and the Urban Cultural Programme. Alison is a Director of Audiences UK and was appointed Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts in September 2010. She has a PGDip. in European Cultural Planning and is accredited as an Action Learning facilitator.
