&Co Cultural Leaders Symposium: What Does Digital Offer? will take place 9.30am - 12noon on Friday 30 March at The Crucible, Sheffield.

The &Co Cultural Leaders symposium is designed to support cultural organisations with their strategic thinking and planning about social media.  It will be relevant to Chief Executives, senior members of staff and others who directly engage with the public. 

Presentations include:

Opening Up Your Organisation by Dan Kirby, Techdept

Daniel Kirby examines how he builds successful businesses using open methodologies inspired by web culture with his clients, peers and team. 

Authenticity and the Limits of Social Media by Jake Orr, A Younger Theatre

Digital native Jake Orr challenges our assumptions about social media as just another marketing tool.

Total Customer Experience starts Online by Kimb Jones, Barnsley NHS

Kimb Jones explains why social media tools can improve the customer journey, but their experience doesn’t end with Marketing.

Building Digital Capability by Hannah Goraya, Digital Inclusion Researcher, Sheffield Hallam University / Barnsley MBC.

Hannah Goraya’s research identified that growing the digital confidence of audiences involves building the digital skills of the whole organisation.
