The Civic, Barnsley
Dust, a story of mines and miners, debuts at The Civic, Barnsley this week. It marks the day of Margaret Thatcher’s death, where miners’ leader Arthur Scargill, in his flat in London’s Barbican, reacts to the news that his old adversary has gone.
Dust is a story of dreams and reality in a Britain partly shaped by the cataclysmic events of 1984/5. And a story of two Arthurs.
